Rates...
Sun-Thu: $145/night (2 night min.)
Fri-Sat: $245/night (2 night min.)
Holiday and Events: $295/night (2-3 night min. Very busy, so please call ahead!)
Week: $975/week
Month: $2,925/mo (stay 3 weeks and the 4th week is free! 30 day max.)
Winter 4 week rate: $1,975 + 9% tax and utilities.

Policies...
• All rates are subject to availability.
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
• $60 one-time cleaning charge.
• $200 security deposit applicable to damamge, loss, & extra cleaning.
• 9% transient occupancy tax.
• Reservations must be secured by one half of the booking fee in advance by check or credit card.
• To receive a deposit refund, reservations must be canceled a week prior to check-in.
• Check-in time 3PM to 6PM. Please arrange for late arrival in advance.
• No smoking. Dogs with deposit on approval. Local telephone and internet.
