Joey Sullins - Chief Operations Officer
Creative, value-focused manager with 27 years of hands-on, practical experience and knowledge developing and delivering innovative solutions, systems, and methods in the high-tech telecommunications and computing industries.
Breadth of experience encompasses all aspects of product development, manufacturing, support and the associated business systems and methodologies necessary to achieve success. Proven skill set includes strategic, tactical, program/project planning and execution, negotiation, communication, and leadership.

Jim Serianni - Director of Marketing and Sales
Jim’s main responsibilities at Crocker are to administer the Computer Learning Center, direct marketing and sales for both the Networking and the Learning Center Divisions, and to do business development.
Jim brings a rich load of experience to Crocker by virtue of his 30+ years in sales in a variety of industries. He has also been President of a multi million dollar clothing company. Jim’s hobbies include travel, hiking, church activities, and reading. He is an avid Ohio state football fan.

Peder Thygesen
Peder Thygesen has worked in the field of Information Technology for 10 years. He got his start doing phone support and troubleshooting for a well-known North Bay software developer.
Over the next six years, Peder moved from help desk to network administration to network planning and implementation at one of Sonoma Counties largest employers. In July of 2004 Peder Joined Crocker Networking Solutions, bringing with him enterprise experience and finely-honed end user support skills.

Jose Sanchez
A Napa native, Jose started his career as a Desktop Support Technician at Hughes Electronics in El Segundo Ca. and has enjoyed working in IT ever since. Over the past 8 years he has gone on to work in the Los Angeles area with hardware support/repair firms, consulting firms and at UCLA. As a consultant, he has earned the highest customer satisfaction ratings possible when providing hardware support for Compaq and Kaiser Permanente. At UCLA, he helped introduce Microsoft Server technologies to the Chemistry Department and for three years was one of 4 technicians supporting all IT infrastructure needs within the department.
Jose is skilled in working on both PC and Apple desktop platforms and has supported networks ranging in size from home networks, to multi campus facilities with over 3000 nodes and multiple domains. Having built up a solid skill set supporting organizations both large and small, he has returned to his Northern California roots and is a welcome addition to the Crocker team, delivering top notch service to our clientele.

Ari Piortkowski
Ari Piotrkowski is a graduate of Empire College in Santa Rosa, CA and holds CompTIA A+, Network+, and MCP certifications. Ari has been working in the IT field for approximately 4 years and has been working with Crocker since March of 2004. Ari's main skills include supporting and implementing MS Windows based systems and networks ranging from SOHO peer-to-peer environments to corporate domain infrastructure.
In addition, Ari is experienced in performing system-wide upgrades and migrations to newerMicrosoft products, including Microsoft Server operating systems. Ari also has extensive experience in the areas of virus and spyware detection and removal, backups and disaster recovery, spam email reduction, wireless networks, and remote access.

Bob Silverthorne
Bob is a graduate Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and he completed the Microsoft Certification (MCSE) program at Golden Gate University in 1999. He has worked in the Information Technology and Technical Training field for 6 years. As a instructor and engineer, he has been employed by Golden Gate University, San Jose State, Hello Computers and now Crocker.
Prior to this Bob was a technical writer for a well-known software company and companies in other industries. Consistently, Bob scores exceptionally how on students' evaluation surveys. As a technician, Bob holds the following certifications: MCT, MCSE NT/2000/2003, MCSA 2000/2003, Network+, A+ Service Technician, etc....

Tommy Rosettie
Thomas Rosettie has been interested and active in the technology field from his childhood. From the 386SX of his past to multiple processor workstations of his future, technology is a part of daily life for this 24 year old Sonoma County resident.
Although software is his primary interest, hardware advancement takes a close second. For Thomas seeing the correct technology get paired with the right person or people, is the most exciting aspect of his field. Thomas has worked in technology environments of various sizes and complexities for the past 10 years and continues expanding his knowledge base on a daily basis.
