The Learning Center stands alone in the North Bay as an institution where certified, experienced, field technicians teach a variety of courses covering virtually all Microsoft software applications-from very basic, entry level PC courses up to the most advanced training offered anywhere.
In addition to the Microsoft offerings, a variety of other courses are taught, based on customer's needs.
All Crocker instructor's are certified, highly experienced, professional educators. In addition, each instructor has in-depth, hands-on experience in the courses he/she teaches. This means that students benefit from both "book" learning and "real world" experience.
The Crocker Philosophy is very simple: Provide the best environment possible for students to acquire productivity enhancing skills. This is accomplished by an approach that combines instructor-led lecture, student discussion, and intensive hand-on exercises. Whether the class is beginning-level class, or an advanced certification class, the goal is the same: students shall leave the classroom with a mastery over what they have just been taught.

The classroom features state of the art computer hardware and software. The 12 seat classroom is ergonomically designed to insure comfort and enhance learning. Each workstation features 17 inch monitors, wrist rests, and copyholders for student's educational materials.
